Doaks has yet to play a snap in the NFL.

    Carrasco held the White Sox off the board until they scored three runs in the fifth inning, though two of those were unearned. He then served up back-to-back solo homers to Korey Lee and Paul DeJong in the seventh. Carrasco didn't allow a home run through his first four starts but has now been taken deep seven times in his last four outings. He's sporting a 5.36 ERA with a 31:17 K:BB through 40.1 innings this season. Carrasco's next start is lined up to be in Texas next week.

    After the Pirates scored twice in the first inning, Assad delivered 3.1 scoreless frames before he was ultimately pulled in the fifth inning. The 26-year-old Assad hasn't allowed more than one earned run in five straight starts -- he's 3-0 with a 1.70 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 35:14 K:BB across 42.1 innings this season. The Mexican-born right-hander is currently slated for a road matchup with Atlanta in his next outing.

With his effort Friday night, the Brewers shortstop reached double-digit two-baggers, sporting 10 doubles on the season. Overall, Adames is hitting .265/.351/.476 with seven home runs, 23 runs scored and 27 RBI over 168 plate appearances.

    Lynn cruised through the Brewers order once -- going nine up, nine down in his first three innings. However, the wheels fell off in the fifth inning as the 36-year-old labored through two outs before receiving the hook. Matthew Liberatore provided no help as he allowed both inherited runners from Lynn to score. Lynn has struggled over his past four starts, pitching to the tune of a 5.49 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 19:11 K:BB over 19.2 innings. He looks to bounce back in his next start on the road against the Angels.

    Gasser dazzled in his debut against a downtrodden Cardinals offense, relying on a formidable sweeper and fastball combination over 79 pitches. His fastball averaged 92.7 mph; however, he more heavily relied on his sweeper, tossing it 46 percent of the time Friday night. Gasser's brilliant performance should keep him in the Milwaukee rotation over Tobias Myers. His next start would line up to be against the Pirates at home.

    It was a tough outing for Swayman in Game 3, as the Bruins were heavily outplayed by the Panthers. There wasn't much help in front of the Bruins netminder, as Florida almost doubled up Boston in shots on goal. Swayman has now allowed nine goals in his last two outings combined, so it's possible the Bruins turn to Linus Ullmark in net for Game 4. Overall this postseason, Swayman is 5-4 with a 2.19 GAA and a .931 save percentage.
